The Roy Sites band was formed in 2007 by Guitarist Roy Sites and Bassist Chris Ryan. The band plays "Biker Rock" covering all the Southern Rock artists as well as delving into classic rock from the 70's to the present day. The band stands apart from many of their contemporaries through virtuoso musicianship and song arrangements. Blending Led Zeppelin with ZZ Top or Stevie Ray Vaughn with Kansas, or even Pink Floyd and Neil Young keeps audiencies entertained, and musically minded people impressed. The band is rounded out by powerhouse drummer Chris Childress making it the classic rock trio format of such greats as Cream, Jimi Hendrix, Mountain, and technically Led Zeppelin. The band can rock as hard and heavy as a metal band, and then bring it down to the softest sentimental slow song.
