Silk 'n Steel is a classic & modern rock band based in Daytona Beach, FL. Bourne in 2003 from the ashes of the popular Daytona band DeepSlick, Silk 'n Steel specializes in danceable rock hits of the 60's through today, with an emphasis on music from the 70's and 80's. While the band does play it's share of standards, Silk 'n Steel keeps the three-chord bar songs to a minimum. By including their audiences in their high-energy stage shows, the band has enjoyed a busy weekend schedule for nearly a decade, dating back to the DeepSlick days.
